　　记者近日在微博上看到，该项目为德国政府批准的首个对华投资移民项目ICCN投资计划，投资人购买具有永久产权的50平方米公寓一套，并以此房产注册一家独资公司，可获得德国长期居留权，并可自由通行法、意、荷、比、瑞、西等24个欧盟国家。购房费用加绿卡手续费总计66万元人民币。相关微博已被转发4000多次，不少网友留言表示“太划算了，赶紧卖掉房子移民德国”。

　　真的只需这么简单吗？记者随后咨询了多家移民中介机构，由于德国并非华人移民主要目的地，属于小项目，许多公司并未经营相关业务。记者辗转联系到一位了解该政策的业内人士。
